American Cooler Gives Back

On Saturday August 13th, employees from American Cooler Technologies participated in the Community Recovery Bash at Paw Paw highschool. The event was held to raise awareness for methamphetemine, a growing problem in Van Buren county and the surrounding areas. Throughout the day, there were many events that took place, including but not limited to a 5K walk, Silent Auction, several guest speakers, live music, games for the kids, and great food. American Cooler helped in the food department, supplying and preparing sweet corn to the guests of the event.

The event was temporarily delayed by a large thunderstorm that blew in and brought with it a terrential downpour. After the rain stopped, the participants and guests picked right back up where they left off and made sure everything went off without a hitch. Some memorable highlights include seeing local police officers in the dunk tank, great live music, and inspirational speeches from the numerous guest speakers.

Overall, the event was a huge success. The goal was to raise awareness and money for a great cause, and it’s very evident that is exactly what was accomplished. American Cooler is proud to have been part of such a great event and is proud to have served our terrific community!
