This new moulder is state of the art and will allow for even more precise boards to be produced. The new moulder will produce the tongue and groove configuration and produce them to precise measurements. It can also cut boards down to certain size, for example it can cut a 2 x 6 down to a 2 x 4 with ease. This new machine was purchased to increase production while decreasing production costs, production time, and lead times. American Cooler is very proud to be able to add such a valuable piece of equipment to our fleet. This purchase was made possbile due to our continued growth and could not have happened without the support of our valued customers!
