PANEL WARRANTY
American Cooler Technologies warrants to the original purchaser that the panels it manufactures shall be free from defects in materials and workmanship under the intended use and service for a period of 10 years from the date of the original shipment. All metal and painted surfaces shall be warranted for a period of one year from the original date of shipment.

COMPONENT WARRANTY
American Cooler Technologies warrants all mechanical refrigeration systems, to the original purchaser that the system is free from defects in materials and workmanship for the normal use and service intended as or and specified by the manufacturer. Warranty period will be for a period of one year from the date of original shipment and be limited to the replacement of parts of the refrigeration equipment. Equipment deemed as defective must be returned to factory for inspection by A.C.T. or by its authorized agent.

This warranty does NOT apply to loss of food or refrigerated contents due to equipment failure for any reason.  Warranty does not cover refrigeration fluids, oils or other expendable items such as filters and the alike. This warranty does NOT apply to damage caused by accident in transit, alteration of equipment, neglect, misuse, incorrect voltage or surge, damage caused by flood, fire or any other act of God.

GENERAL PROVISIONS:
The modular design, insulated walk in room manufactured by American Cooler Technologies  using this specification shall be constructed using a #2 SPF wood frame construction.  Panels under this specification shall be manufactured for ease in installation accuracy and allow for provisions in allowing future relocation or enlargement.

PANEL CONSTRUCTION:
N.S.F approved panels manufactured by A.C.T.  shall be constructed using only #2 SPF lumber with tongue and groove frame.  Standard panel thickness shall be 3 ½”” and 5 ½” shall be used when specified in floor plans.  Standard panel width shall be 46”, up to 48” shall be used when specified in floor plans.  Standard panel heights shall be 8’, 9’ , or 10’.  Up to 20’ special height walls can be constructed with engineer support.

INSULATION:
A two component polyurethane rigid foam shall be used in this specification for A.C.T. modular designs.  Insulation shall be a 90% closed cell structure.  The aged “R” factors are as follow:
                        3 1/2” insulation: 23.3
                        5 1/2” insulation: 36.67

STANDARD PANEL FINISH:

The following standard metal finishes shall be available:
            24 gauge/.024” Embossed Aluminum
            26 gauge/.019” Embossed Aluminum
            26 gauge/.019” Smooth or Embossed Steel with G60 or
                 G90 rating-white color shall be available when specified.
            24 gauge, 26 gauge/.019” Stainless-AISI 304, Aluminum   3003 Series

N.S.F. PANEL FINISH

The following standard metal finishes shall be available for N.S.F. listed construction
            26 gauge Embossed or Smooth Galvalume
            26 gauge Embossed or Smooth G90 Galvanized Steel
            24 gauge, 26 gauge / .019” Stainless-AISI 304, Aluminum 3003 Series

Panel Options shall be available as follows:

FLOORS:
N.S.F.  Listed floor construction.  Standard A.C.T. floors shall be 4” thick using polyurethane insulation.

Standard Floor Construction:
#2 SPF wood frame construction with 4” thick urethane insulation shall be used.  Surface covering shall be of no slip, 3/16” diamond pattern aluminum tread plate .  Floor covering option for NSF Listed Material is smooth aluminum in 3003 Series.

Standard Heavy Duty Floor Construction:
#2 SPF wood frame construction with 4” thick urethane insulation shall be used.  5/8” thick plywood reinforcement shall be used with 3/16” no slip diamond pattern aluminum tread plate floor covering.

CONCRETE FLOORS:
A.C.T. will assist in advising buyers of typical concrete insulation construction. Ramps, subslab and or floor heating may also be required depending on concrete floor design. A.C.T. engineers will assist buyers engineers in determining optimal solution.

DOORS:
Standard Door Sizes are as follows:
36” Clear Opening 32”
52” Clear Opening 48”
60” Clear Opening 56”

Standard A.C.T. doors shall be built using #2 SPF lumber for wood frame construction.  For door size up to 52”, two heavy duty riser type, reversible hinges shall be used.  All A.C.T. doors are equipped with Premco heavy duty handles with padlock provision, positive closing latch with inside safety release, adjustable neoprene sweep gasket, 14 gauge mill galvanized jambs to protect gasket and cooler opening. A.C.T. Freezer doors shall be equipped with anti-frost heater and threshold heaters.

Options for A.C.T. Doors:

• 24, 26 Gauge galvanized steel, aluminum or stainless finished shall be available:
• Heated/Non Heated Air Vents;
• Diamond Pattern Aluminum Kick Plates Interior/Exterior-height options available;
• View Port Window;
• Strip Curtains.
• Custom size cooler and freezer doors can be manufactured using customer specifications.
• Glass Display doors by other shall be available.

LIGHTING:
Incandescent and Fluorescent lighting provided shall be NSF and UL approved.
